Michael Martinez

President & CTO

As President and CTO of Aetheos, I lead both the strategic and technical vision of the company. With over eight years of experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and ERP systems, I bring a deep understanding of how to build scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

My background includes managing enterprise cloud environments (AWS, GCP), leading DevOps initiatives, and overseeing end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. I’ve led teams through complex system integrations, custom platform development, and high-velocity product rollouts—always with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

At Aetheos, I lead the efforts to bridge technology and operations—driving innovation while maintaining a clear focus on delivering practical, sustainable solutions that help our clients grow and succeed.

Nathan Sanders

Vice President & Director of Engineering

With over six years of experience in software development and IT consulting, I bring a strong blend of technical depth and practical problem-solving to every project. As Vice President and Director of Engineering at Aetheos, I lead our development efforts with a focus on quality, scalability, and business alignment.

I specialize in Odoo as a techno-functional consultant, with more than four years of hands-on experience customizing and optimizing ERP systems across a variety of industries. My background also includes extensive work with Python frameworks such as Flask and Django, along with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Known for a methodical approach to debugging and a passion for clean, efficient code, I thrive on solving complex technical challenges and delivering solutions that make a real impact.

Tania Taylor

Client Relations and Operations Coordinator

Tania brings a strong foundation in customer relations, communication management, and business operations. Currently pursuing her degree in Human Resources at Arizona State University, she combines formal HR training with real-world management experience supporting clients and internal teams.

 Her role at Aetheos focuses on maintaining seamless communication between clients, project managers, and leadership, ensuring that projects stay on track and client satisfaction remains a top priority. She also oversees company coordination, monitors new business leads, and provides operational support across departments.

Business Support Specialist

With over 8 years of experience Brandon brings a strong business foundation built through years of hands-on experience in operations, marketing, and small business support. His background includes launching projects from the ground up, creating marketing strategies, and helping businesses establish a presence in competitive markets. With a deep understanding of market trends and social media platforms, Brandon focuses on helping clients not just start but grow sustainably.

 At Aetheos, he supports new business initiatives, marketing setups, and project execution with a practical, client-first approach. His work ensures that each client receives personalized support designed to build a strong foundation for future success.

Prakash Makwana

Sr. Developer and ERP Specialist

With over 8 years of experience Prakash brings extensive experience in ERP development, with a focus on building and customizing Odoo applications that support real-world business needs. 

His background spans broad system management and deep technical execution, allowing him to design efficient workflows and implement seamless API integrations across platforms. He is skilled in identifying and resolving bugs quickly, maintaining system performance and stability at every stage. His server management capabilities ensure that infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and production-ready. 

As a senior developer, he plays a key role in leading projects, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and delivering results that move clients forward.
